We often make Chhena for Paneer or Mithai at home by curdling milk and separating the solids from the whey. This time when I made Chhena at home, it was with the intent to introduce it to my 8 month old baby. This year Janmashtami is even more special for me as I have a Bal Gopal at home. This is my humble offering for my Nanha Bal Gopal.
